# discuss

Help the user turn a rough idea into an actionable plan. Inspect relevant available
files before asking questions that the project can answer.

Ask about the next decision that materially affects scope, behavior, or tradeoffs.
Offer a recommended default when useful. Keep each round short and let the user
answer before doing work that depends on the answer; silence is not agreement.
Skip questions whose answers are already established.

Finish when the plan identifies the intended outcome, important constraints,
implementation direction, and completion criteria. Summarize unresolved decisions
without inventing agreement. A discussion request does not authorize implementation;
continue when the user asks to proceed.
